Armored State Car - 30 attack 38 defense - best defensive vehicle in game (same amount of armor as Private Jet) . Drops from the "Storm the Presidential Palace" job in the El Padrino tier.

Gaft Hook - 20 attack 30 defense - best defensive weapon in game. Drops from the "Pillage a Shipyard" job in the El Jefe tier (c-c-c-combo breaker)!

Conclusion
Ding ding ding, we have a winner! For episode 4 it is clear to me that Vory far and away is better than Mafiya. The Shturmovik is an 11 attack upgrade over the Guerrilla Squad, while the Orel Armored Helicopter is only a 2 defense upgrade over the Private Jet or Armored State car.

Help "Plan" the Attack (Vory Only) drops






Kill A Lookout (Mafiya Only) drops



Episode 6:

Hijack a Mafiya Cargo (Vory only) drops






Hit a Vory Nightclub (Mafiya only) drops



Conclusion

If you are the type of person that must have the optimal set (I am), master Vory in Episode 5, Mafiya in episode 6, and trade for the Konstantin Cargo Carriers. If you do not want to go out of your way and trade and already have 500 TNT or Canonazo, master Mafiya in Episode 5 and Vory in Episode 6. This way, you will save a bit of time and not need to upgrade your weapons.
